Black Label Society offers a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed apparel, ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their premium fashion purchases. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid return shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original condition and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
